We usually use our default shipping method. If customers have specific shipping requirements, please contact us to confirm if that method can be accommodated.

A specified period during which returns(exchange) are accepted, “7 days no reason” from the date of purchase.
Certain items, such as custom orders or used equipment, not be eligible for return(exchange). Products need to be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories to be eligible for a return(exchange). Return(exchange) shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning(exchanging) your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return(exchange) shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning(exchanging) more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
